JRL Cycles awesome Radial Engine Chopper!

This awesome radial engine machine was built by JRL Cycles of Blackhawk, South Dakota. The bike has been featured in motorcycle publications such as "American Iron" magazine.

John Levey of JRL Cycles contacted Moore Power Coatings to do the work on his bike's exhaust system. Here's what John had to say about Moore Power Coatings:

"Our bike has been in magazines all over the world and our exhaust is a big part of it. When we shopped around we always got the same answer, "Moore Power Coatings". We had 3 days to get our pipes coated, they did it in 2! After hearing the nightmares about months at the chrome shop we have found our answer!"

Klock Werks

Klock Werks - Kustom Cycles of Mitchell, South Dakota is owned and operated by Brian Klock. Brian has relied on Moore Power Coatings to provide his company with the best in ceramic coatings applications. Klock Werks has been featured in numerous biker publications, including the cover of the Dec. 2006 issue of "Ironworks" magazine. Klock Werks also took top honors in one of the Discovery Channel's Biker Build-Off Contests.

Twisted Choppers

Twisted Choppers has contacted Moore Power Coatings on numerous occasions to do ceramic coatings for their exhaust systems and pipes. Their bikes have been featured on the Discovery Channel Biker Build-Off programs and in numerous magazines.

Here's what Jeff Ernst has to say about our services:

"We build bikes that not only look good. They are designed to be ridden hard! We trust Moore Power Coatings with all our exhaust - from the minute it comes out of the box to 1000's of miles later, it's the best coating anywhere!"

Sheryl Suiter gives Moore Power Coatings a thumbs-up!

"The coatings we get from Moore Power Coatings are far more durable and have a superb temperature rating, much higher than other coatings we have used.  THEY DO NOT DISCOLOR."

We apply Tech Line™ CermaKrome™, which is a metallic ceramic coating that polishes to a near chrome finish. This finish can withstand a base metal temperature over 1300f. This coating can be applied to any metal that can withstand the cure temperature of 600f, except magnesium and pot metal. CermaKrome™ provides a 5000 hr salt spray corrosion resistance, protects from thermal fatigue, and povides a fantastic appearance to your parts.

For fantastic looks and added performance, nothing beats Tech Line™ ceramic coatings. The underhood temperature of you car will be greatly reduced with Tech Line™ ceramic coatings on exhaust manifolds, headers and complete exhaust systems. Hot Rodders will enjoy CermaKrome™ on suspension parts, like a-arms, coil springs, spindles and calipers, brake drums and rotors, along with backing plates, knowing that CermaKrome™ doesn't cause potentially dangerous hydrogen embrittlement on suspension parts, like chrome -and unlike chrome, is flexible enough for a coil spring.

Take a look at what Moore Power Coatings did with the set of headers to the right. The headers on the top were rusty and abused, and after coating they don't even look like the same headers, and come with our five year limited warranty.
